Fuel Oil #5

Walking to the train down Graham yesterday I couldn't help but notice these 4 laborers struggling to move this fuel oil storage tank onto a truck. How they got it out of that open cellar hatch is beyond me; it obviously still had a fair amount of fuel oil in it as evidenced by the second picture below.



I hope they remembered to cancel their FD fuel oil storage permit.
