A device to find the Center of Gravity...

This is an interesting take on the city agency parking placard. I assume that the owner of this green with a red racing-stripe Chrysler minivan (I apologize, I swear I took that photo, but it was early in the morning) is trying to confuse/amuse the meter maid.

intersection of two of the plumb lines."

Please note that plumb lines will in no way help you find the center of gravity of an irregular object but it will point you towards the Earth's center of gravity.
