This vehicle can not be
curratly [sic] inspected due to no
engine in the car there will
be one going in the car
by the end of this week
I'd appreciate it if no tickets were
given about inspection since there
is no emissions since I'm pushing
it.
The PBA card may have helped too, but the sign seems pretty genuine in its own right. I'm betting a ticket was issued anyway. Great effort though.
