This is the Coke machine house in my hometown.
It reminds me of the pay phone house on Monitor and Meeker in Greenpoint.

That's my house next door to the right. I remember fondly "Ratboy" who lived at the coke machine house. I used the coke machine once, at Ratboy's request, he even gave me 50cents. He said that his dad kept all the money.
