This is a dry-aged porterhouse, a full inch and a quarter. Please note that it has a little spiral of meat attached at the bottom of that "T" shaped bone. It's from the butcher down on Graham Ave and cut with love. Celeste is 8 and 15/16ths months pregnant and we have Amelia to tend to so we couldn't make it out for Mexican and I'm too lazy to make green chili and other Mexicanny things.
That really looks much less appetizing than it tastes. I'm sorry I even included that picture now.
